What are the flowers and greenery made out of?
We use artificial florals and greenery made out of silk, cotton, plastic, rubber, and other miscellaneous textiles.
Where can the floral design rentals be used?
Rentals must be set up in a space that is protected from outdoor elements such as extreme heat, rain, and strong winds. The rental must be staged on a stable, flat, and level surface. Spaces must have a ceiling height of at least 9ft and be equipped with doorways with a width of at least 2.5ft. Location approval will be at the discretion of Blooming Savvy. We reserve the right to refuse services if a location or venue poses a safety concern.
Can I move the floral design rental for use in another area during my rental time?
This must be pre-arranged on your Rental Contract indicating the additional location. An employee from Blooming Savvy is required to move all components of the rental. Due to safety precautions, customers are not permitted to move or re-arrange the rental’s components under any circumstance.

What areas do you provide services to?
We provide floral design rentals to the Las Vegas, Nevada (U.S.A.) metropolitan area. This includes Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas, and North Las Vegas.
Complex delivery locations such as casino and convention center properties will incur an additional delivery fee.
Rural locations including, but not limited to, Mt. Charleston, Lee Canyon, the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort will incur additional fees.
Do you service other areas?
No. At this time, Blooming Savvy only provides services to the above list.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. In addition to the rental fee, you will be charged sales tax based on the rates set by the Nevada Department of Taxation.
Do you charge a credit card processing fee?
No. We do not apply additional percentage fees for credit card transactions, processing fees, or admin fees.
Will I be charged a delivery, mileage, or set up fee?
For pre-designed floral rentals, advertised pricing is “all-in”, meaning it includes delivery, set up, and removal within the Service Area (see section above).
Certain pre-designed floral decor rental items are also eligible for complimentary flip services. Review the “Details” section next to each decor item on the Pricing page for eligibility.
Do you charge for late-night pickups?
We understand that many weddings and events run late into the evening. We require that all pickups are completed the same day as the event. We require pickups to begin no later than 11:00pm local time. There is not an additional fee for this service. Later pickups will be approved on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Blooming Savvy and may incur additional fees.
Do you charge for ceremony to reception flips if the reception is at a secondary location?
Yes, complimentary flips on eligible pre-designed floral decor rentals only apply for single location scenarios. Secondary location transfer fees start at $250.00.

How do I reserve a floral design rental?
Please visit the RESERVE page to complete the reservation request form. We will then contact you via email.
What is the latest I can reserve a rental prior to my event date?
We recommend at least 3-weeks notice for all reservations. Acceptance of short notice reservations (less than 3-weeks) will be at the discretion of Blooming Savvy.
How far out should I reserve a rental prior to my event?
Blooming Savvy accepts bookings up to one-year in advance of the event date.
We only book a limited number of reservations per week to ensure we can provide the highest level of customer service for your event. We encourage you to schedule as soon as possible once your booking period is open to ensure the date of your event is available.
How long is Project Quote pricing valid?
Project Quote pricing is only guaranteed up until the “Valid Through” date shown on your Project Quote provided by Blooming Savvy.
For Project Quotes provided before the booking period for your event date is open, please request an updated Project Quote once the booking period for your event date is open. This will ensure your Project Quote reflects current pricing and sales tax rates.
When is payment due?
A non-refundable deposit of half the total invoice is due up front in order to confirm your reservation and event date. The remaining half is due no later than 3-weeks (21 days) prior to the event date. If a reservation is made 3-weeks or less prior to the event date, payment is due in full at the time of booking in order to finalize the reservation.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes. All reservations require a signed Rental Contract. This will be sent to you via email for digital signature detailing the reservation date, location, pricing, terms, and conditions of your rental.
How long will you hold my reservation prior to payment?
Your reservation is not guaranteed until the Rental Contract is signed and initial payment is received. We will hold your reservation for 48-hours from the time that you are invoiced for payment. If payment is not received in this 48-hour timeframe, your date, time, and / or design can be reserved by another customer.
How is payment collected?
You will be invoiced via an online invoice sent to your email. This will be facilitated by a third-party provider. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy to ensure you are aware of their practices as they relate to payment processing and data collection. Blooming Savvy does not collect payment information or process payments directly.
Can I pay by check, cash, or other payment platforms?
No. All payments must be made via credit or debit card using the link provided in the online invoice.

What is your cancellation policy?
Blooming Savvy does not provide refunds for cancellations by the customer. All sales are final at the time of payment. See Reservations & Payment for additional information.
What if I discover that my venue does not allow outside vendors?
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure their venue allows outside vendors. We encourage you to review your venue’s policies thoroughly prior to finalizing your reservation with Blooming Savvy.

Do you charge a minimum project fee for custom projects?
Yes. The photo op package starts at $850. For other custom projects, we have a minimum $1,500 project fee for small projects and a minimum $3,500 project fee for large projects. Project size determination is at the sole discretion of Blooming Savvy, based on scope.
Custom projects are only available to corporate (i.e. B2B) customers.

Do you have a business license?
Yes, Blooming Savvy is a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation under the entity name Forever Botanic LLC. Copies of licenses and certificates can can be provided upon request.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, Blooming Savvy carries commercial general liability and automobile insurance.
