We offer a pre-designed floral decor collection that’s ready to rent, as well custom faux floral projects.
Please note, custom projects are available to corporate, B2B customers only and are ideal for trade shows, brand activations, experiential marketing pop ups, photo ops, corporate events, editorial, and more.
Submit an Inquiry
Complete the Reservation Inquiry Form online to initiate your reservation or start the conversation for a custom floral design project.
Discuss the Details
A member of the Blooming Savvy team will reach out to you via email to discuss the design details for your rental or custom floral project.
Sign the Contract
A member of the Blooming Savvy team will send you an email with a link to your digital Proposal and Project Contract.
Pay the Invoice(s)
Payment is due in two installments. Half of the total invoice is due in order to secure your reservation. The remaining half is due 21 days prior to your reservation date. A secure payment link will be sent along with your Rental Contract. See our FAQ page for more details.
Confirm
The Blooming Savvy team will confirm all rental details with you via email. In the weeks leading up to your rental date, additional communication will occur to ensure you have a great rental experience on the day of your event.
Enjoy!
On the day of your event, Blooming Savvy will handle the delivery and set up of your rental. If you’ve also booked a relocation service for your rental to use it at both your ceremony and reception, we’ll handle that too. After your event, we will return to remove the rented items.
